Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead advanced quality and process analysis across the organization
• Identify systemic trends and translate complex data into actionable improvement plans
• Develop, implement, and govern quality assurance standards and continuous improvement frameworks
• Lead initiatives focused on measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and operational performance
• Design and maintain enterprise-level dashboards and reporting structures for senior leadership
• Conduct high-visibility quality incident reviews and lead structured root cause analysis
• Develop, implement, and monitor corrective action plans
• Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
• Partner with department leaders to establish quality goals and resolve complex cross-functional issues
• Develop and deliver training programs on Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Facilitate workshops and process improvement events
• Support change management strategies and adoption of new processes and initiatives
• Lead internal audits and quality review programs
• Ensure organizational processes align with applicable quality standards
• Evaluate and measure current IT processes against enterprise quality frameworks
• Identify IT process gaps and develop solutions to improve product and delivery quality
• Design, develop, maintain, and report IT-related performance metrics
• Develop and maintain IT process workflows and process documentation
• Partner with IT teams to standardize and improve technology delivery processes
• Support initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce delivery risk
• Lead cross-functional projects and quality improvement initiatives
• Present analytical findings, recommendations, and improvement plans to leadership

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience providing comparable knowledge may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of job-related work experience beyond degree requirements
