Salary: $107,000 - 147,000 per year Requirements:

• Associates or bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 4–6 years of experience in IT support, technical assistance, or help desk operations
• Advanced troubleshooting experience in Windows and/or macOS environments
• Experience resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues
• Experience with device imaging, deployment, and lifecycle management
• Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk
• Experience maintaining technical documentation, support logs, and inventory records
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex IT issues
• Strong customer service and communication skills for supporting end users
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems, devices, and business applications
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tickets and tasks
• Skill in creating clear, accurate support notes and procedures
• Ability to work effectively with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Ability to mentor junior technicians and contribute to team development
• Must be available and ready to work directly as a Genesis10 employee

• Resolve escalated hardware, software, and network issues requiring senior-level expertise
• Diagnose layered problems involving operating systems, applications, connectivity, and peripherals
• Configure, maintain, and optimize computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and approved software
• Help employees with advanced access issues, permissions, and system navigation
• Manage high-priority tickets, support timely resolution, and maintain detailed records
• Perform patching, imaging, updates, and routine equipment health checks
• Lead hardware inventory tracking, equipment deployments, and lifecycle management
• Troubleshoot connectivity, assist with basic network configuration, and support Wi-Fi stability
• Maintain procedures, configuration records, and support documentation
• Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades, deployments, and technology rollouts
• Train and guide IT Technician I and II staff, sharing technical leadership and best practices
