We’re hiring Entry-Level Event Marketing Representatives to join our growing event marketing team. This is a full-time opportunity with immediate openings for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop their skills in marketing, customer engagement, promotions, sales, events, and leadership.
No previous marketing or sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing professional development to help you succeed.
In this role, you’ll represent well-known brands at live events, retail activations, promotional campaigns, and community events . You’ll work directly with customers while learning practical marketing and communication strategies in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment.
Represent client brands at live events, retail activations, promotional campaigns, and community events
Engage directly with customers and create positive, memorable brand experiences
Educate customers about products, services, promotions, and special offers
Communicate confidently and professionally with a wide range of people
Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
Support customer engagement and promotional marketing initiatives
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
Work with team members to achieve campaign and performance goals
Learn and apply proven marketing, communication, customer engagement, and leadership strategies
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing client brands
Take on additional responsibilities as your skills, knowledge, and experience grow
Previous marketing, sales, or event experience is not required. We’re more interested in your attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
